Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old to use Memesio. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the service only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

You may not use Memesio if doing so would violate applicable law, sanctions, export restrictions, or another enforceable agreement.

Some Memesio features are available through guest sessions, while others may require an account or future paid access. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials, access links, API keys, guest tokens, and any devices used to access the service.

You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account or session when caused by your actions, negligence, or failure to maintain reasonable security.

You may use Memesio only in compliance with law and these Terms. You may not use the service to infringe rights, evade safeguards, or create unreasonable risk for others or for Memesio.

• Upload, generate, publish, or distribute content you do not have the rights or permissions to use.
• Use Memesio to create, upload, or distribute pornographic, sexually explicit, exploitative, or otherwise adult-only content, including any sexualized content involving minors.
• Use Memesio to post or generate content whose main purpose is to insult, degrade, bully, or discriminate against a person or group.
• Use Memesio to harass, abuse, defame, exploit minors, impersonate others deceptively, or create unlawful or fraudulent content.
• Use face-swap or likeness-based features without the necessary consent, rights, or legal authority.
• Interfere with the service, reverse engineer protected systems, scrape restricted data, bypass rate limits, or attempt unauthorized access.
• Use Memesio in a way that threatens platform security, availability, or the experience of other users.

Memesio may use automated systems and human review to detect, investigate, and enforce rules against prohibited content and abusive behavior. This can include reviewing prompts, uploaded files, generated outputs, public meme pages, reports, and related account or session activity.

We may block generation, remove or restrict content, disable sharing, limit features, report unlawful activity where appropriate, or suspend or terminate access when we believe content or behavior violates these Terms, applicable law, or platform safety requirements.

You retain ownership of the content you submit to Memesio, subject to the rights you grant us in these Terms and any rights held by third parties in templates, images, likenesses, or other materials you use.

You grant Memesio a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, adapt, modify, transmit, display, distribute, and create technical derivatives of your content as necessary to operate, secure, moderate, improve, and promote the service.

If you choose to make a meme public or share it through a public link, you understand that other people may access, copy, repost, remix, or comment on that content.

Memesio may offer AI-assisted generation, captioning, editing, ranking, or recommendation features. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, offensive, unavailable, or similar to content generated for other users.

You are responsible for reviewing all generated output before publishing, distributing, or relying on it. Memesio does not guarantee exclusivity, non-infringement, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or legal clearance for AI-generated or remixed output.

Memesio may offer paid plans, API access, usage-based pricing, credits, or enterprise terms for some features. Additional commercial, API, or order-form terms may apply to those offerings when they are made available.

If you purchase a paid offering, you agree to pay applicable fees, taxes, and charges associated with your use. We may suspend or limit access for nonpayment, chargebacks, abuse, or use outside the purchased scope.

Unless separate commercial terms say otherwise or applicable law requires a different result, fees are non-refundable after the relevant service, access, or usage has been made available.

Memesio and its licensors own the service, software, site design, branding, documentation, and other non-user content, all of which are protected by intellectual-property and other laws.

If you believe content on Memesio infringes your copyright or other intellectual-property rights, contact [email protected] with enough detail for us to investigate. We may remove content, restrict access, or terminate repeat infringers.

You may stop using Memesio at any time. We may suspend or terminate access, remove content, or restrict features if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created legal or security risk, failed to pay required fees, or if the service changes or is discontinued.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including provisions about ownership, licenses, disclaimers, limitations of liability, dispute resolution, and unpaid amounts, will survive termination.

Memesio is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Memesio disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, and accuracy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Memesio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, goodwill, data, or business opportunities arising from or related to the service.

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in the United States, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes become effective when posted on this page unless a later date is stated. Your continued use of Memesio after the updated Terms become effective means you accept the changes.
