We automatically collect service usage and diagnostics information such as page views, feature interactions, editor events, performance telemetry, runtime errors, timestamps, referrer or campaign context, and rate-limit or audit log records.

Some of this information is used to understand product performance, detect abuse, measure reliability, improve ranking or recommendation systems, and support future commercial and developer offerings.

We use information to operate Memesio, create and deliver memes, maintain guest and account access, support public or private sharing settings, process uploads, secure the service, moderate misuse, respond to requests, and comply with legal obligations.

Memesio uses cookies, local storage, and similar browser technologies to keep users signed in, preserve guest sessions, remember editor state and saved drafts, retain owner access tokens for created memes, store analytics session identifiers, and support core security features.

If you block or clear these technologies, some parts of the editor, upload flow, account access, or sharing experience may stop working correctly.

We may share information with service providers that help us run Memesio, such as hosting, infrastructure, storage, authentication, email delivery, analytics, security, moderation, AI or media processing, and developer tooling vendors.

If you choose to publish a meme publicly or share a public link, that content may be visible to anyone with access to the link and may be indexed, cached, copied, remixed, or re-shared by others.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, to investigate abuse, or as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, restructuring, or asset transfer.

We retain account data, content, audit records, analytics events, security logs, and commercial records for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, enforce our agreements, prevent abuse, resolve disputes, and satisfy legal, accounting, or compliance requirements.

Private memes are not intended to be publicly listed, but they are still stored and processed so Memesio can operate the service, enforce rules, and protect the platform.

Deletion requests may not immediately remove all copies from backups, logs, or fraud-prevention systems, but we will use reasonable efforts to honor valid requests where technically and legally appropriate.

Memesio and its providers may process information in the United States and other countries where infrastructure, contractors, or subprocessors operate.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You may request access, correction, deletion, or export of certain personal information by emailing [email protected]. We may ask you to verify your identity before acting on a request.

We may decline or limit a request when retention is required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, billing, dispute resolution, or other legitimate business needs.
